JOEY BISHOP, 89 The last surviving member of the Rat Pack that included Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Peter Lawford and Sammy Davis Jr., longtime Lido Island resident Joey Bishop died Oct. 17 of natural causes at his Newport Beach home.
